Toscana Villas - Apartments

This 17th Century farmhouse has been tastefully updated and converted into 6 separate apartments ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Each has a living room with woodburning fireplace and a kitchen in addition to the bedroom(s) and bath(s). The entire villa is newly remodeled in 2001 and has kept many of the original features including terra cotta floors and brick and wood beamed ceilings.

The private pool for guests' use is located steps from the villa. It is placed for maximum sunlight during the day and provides a picturesque setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful. Some of the pieces have come from the owners family. The kitchens and baths are new and contain modern ammenities consistent with a higher level accomodation.

All bedrooms are equipped with king beds that can be split into two twin beds if necessary. In addition, several of the apartments can be combined for larger groups.

The Ground Floor contains a 3 bedroom apartment, a one bedroom apartment and a restaurant for guests which is expected to open in the Spring of 2002.

The First Floor has two 1 bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments. One of the 2 bedroom apartments has 2 bathrooms and the second bedroom is in the tower with a 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside.
